Simpli-FI Events does not store audio, transcripts, or PDFs unless you submit a follow-up request; browser support and device speech processing may vary. Record only with permission from everyone being recorded. We do log limited interaction analytics, such as note opens, recording starts/stops, PDF downloads, session identifiers, page URL, and browser user agent, so the event team can monitor operations and improve support.
